Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on 8 December, we confirm there will be no change to the service provided to you by Attivo Group. We remain open for business and are here for all your Financial Planning needs. We are committed to continuing to provide the highest level of service.

Attivo Group treat the safety and well-being of our clients as our highest priority and continue to follow the advice and legislation issued by the Government and Public Health England. Meetings will continue to take place via telephone or video call, unless face to face is specifically requested. We have found video calls to be highly effective and are more than happy to speak at any time and as frequently as our clients require.

Our Personal Finance Portal is also available and enables you to view up-to-date valuations and an overview of your investment performance. The secure messaging feature can be used to contact your Financial Planner, and any information or documents you share are fully encrypted. How can I see my Financial Planner?

All of our employees are working remotely, however, we continue to deliver the highest levels of availability and security to you, our clients.

To ensure the health and safety of both our clients and employees, we will only hold face to face meetings if you specifically request this. You can talk to your Financial Planner by telephone or video call. Our video call technology is provided by Ring Central. Your Financial Planner will send you an email with a link for you to download.

What happens to paperwork or cheques sent by post?

We are collecting post and processing any paper-based work as frequently as possible. We will ensure you won’t be disadvantaged because of any potential delays. We are also making particular efforts to contact our clients who do not use online services to offer them support.

Where possible we are adapting our processes, as are many providers, to ensure we are working in the most efficient way given the restrictions that are currently in place.
