Our teams

We think that the best way to look after clients is with a team of competent, experienced financial services specialists.

All of our teams work together to deliver the truly independent advice and excellent service that our clients deserve. An overview of what each team does and the skills you will need to excel is outlined below.

Our Client Services Team is the first point of contact for our existing clients. They arrange client meetings and look after our clients on an ongoing basis, answering any questions they may have.

Our Relationship Manager Team is on the road on a day-to-day basis, visiting new clients to introduce them to Attivo Financial Planning and establish long-term relationships with them.

Our Trainee Paraplanner Team provides support to our Paraplanners and Financial Planners by liaising with product providers and insurance companies to obtain policy information. They also assist with portfolio reviews and preparing client reports.

The Paraplanning Team provides full support to the Financial Planning Team. They research and prepare client reports and identify the most appropriate products in the market to meet clients’ financial needs.

Our Financial Planning Team is responsible for understanding our clients’ financial circumstances and delivering the most appropriate recommendations. They work with our clients to design a financial plan to help them achieve their goals.

Most of our Management Team have come from within the business and are responsible for coaching and leading our teams, ensuring we are working together across the business to deliver excellent service to our clients. They meet regularly to share best practice and discuss any challenges facing the business in order to identify solutions.
